Absolutely fantastic, could not have asked for me

Xenia is the most talented and professional wedding planner. I would recommend her to anyone. She was able to plan our three day wedding perfectly despite the pandemic and a number of date changes. The outcome was more than I could have dreamed of. Her vision and execution is second to none. I say this as a very particular person with very high standards. Xenia is very straight forward and transparent, will always give honest opinions (which are always to be trusted) and was a joy to work with.

Xenia  has been nothing short of wonderful and perfect from the moment we met her and even after the wedding! We knew we wanted to work with her ever since we had our first Skype call with her. What made us so sure? She is focused, has lots of experience, she is patient, down to earth, funny, kind, open, trustworthy. She gave us her time, she provided amazing suggestions, she confidently stated that she can meet our budget and produce something very nice at the same time. She understood automatically what we both wanted and was willing to work within our budget to make the most perfect wedding ever. 

Doing a wedding abroad can be quite challenging and potentially stressful. Because you don't really know Who you need to go to for Entertainment, Dj, hair and make up, photography, venue, catering, etc however, our lovely wedding planner was able to take care of all of that and connect us with the best service providers in Greece after giving us several options to chose from. I am not just saying this because I am writing a testimonial, I really and literally mean every single statement I write here. 

Xenia helped us with the research process and suggested a beautiful venue overlooking the sea, which exceeded our expectation as well as our guests. She was always very honest and consistently advised us to do things for our best interest. She works with style, she's in love with her work, and you can see how passionate she is about everything, especially the interaction with her clients. It is clear that she does this work because she loves it, not because she wants to benefit from it or for materialistic reasons.  

We only had four months to plan our wedding, but she made everything possible and smooth for us. When we arrived to Greece for pre planning, she welcomed us with love from the airport and scheduled all the appointments we needed to see in a short period of time. A service we didn't expect or ask for. She stayed with us the whole time during our stay and even helped us book our hotel. She took us around in her car and I will never forget the sweet moments and laughs we had in the car. Xenia became our new best friend in Greece. We found everything easily and quickly with her. She had a schedule planned for us where we met everyone and we were able to arrive at the best decisions possible to make a perfect wedding. From the time of our visit until the wedding, xenia has been in constant contact with us through messages, emails and Skype and had everything in order. Most importantly, she kept us calm and relaxed. Trust me this is very important especially when planning a wedding abroad. 

On the wedding day, xenia did not take her eyes off of me and kept roaming around and checking to see if I was ok. She gave me water when I needed to, changed things around when asked to, provided me with my favorite dessert (ice-cream) while I was too busy dancing, and she made sure my wedding day was the best day of my life and I owe a huge part of it to her. Everything was literally perfect although I was prepared to find small errors. But not with xenia. She's a hard worker. The flowers, the decoration, the candles, the wish table, the lanterns all of it was truly magical and left both my husband and I as well as all our guests in awe and amazement!!  She made us more ham happy! 

Not only that, she also helped us plan the next day post wedding dinner, without us asking her! There are no words to describe our appreciation and gratitude for her. More importantly than having a perfect memorable fun wedding, we made a best friend and a sister in Athens! Xenia ( Riviera Blu Events ) is simply amazing! From the very first message that we exchanged, we knew she is the one who we would like to help us organize our dream wedding. Planning a destination wedding can be very stressful...not when you have Xenia who is very professional and passionate about her job. Working together has been very pleasant and easy. Despite being miles away the communication was always great. Whenever we needed to discuss things, we could just pick up the phone and call her. Xenia was always available for us. Xenia was our wedding planner. We knew the area and some of the venues. However Xenia looked after all the details. Suggested vendors and interpreted all my daughter’s wishes to make it so successful. The days of the wedding parties Xenia was always there to the end (5am on the wedding party day). She dealt with everything so we could all relax and enjoy the time. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was calm and professional throughout.

Beautiful Wedding outside of Athens

I highly recommend Riviera Blu Events and Xenia for wedding planning! My husband and I are based out of the United States and weren't able to travel to Greece before the wedding. Xenia made the planning so easy, she was available for questions and even did a Skype tour of the venue so we could see what it looked like. Everything worked effortlessly and all our guests were amazed and had so much fun.
